1984 Testarossa. Low mounted mirrors?

    I wonder if any here have seen or heard of a early Testarossa converted from the single high mounted mirror to the regular mounted Testarossa mirrors as on the picture to the left.
    Or did the swap to low mounted mirrors happen in 1984 or 1985?
    Not saying that the high mounted mirror is looking bad, just that i prefer the more common mounted mirrors like the one on the picture to the left

    The reason i ask is because i might import one but it must have the low mounted mirrors and regular 5 bolt lug nut pattern because i am not a big fan of the center bolt

    Also when did the Testarossa first come with the low mounted mirrors?

    A quick search would give you hundreds of threads with the answers. 1987 for the low mirrors, 1988 for the 5 lug wheels. Check red-headed dot com, from a member here, it's all there.
