Not sure I understand.
Do you own the cars?

I was being glib, yes I own them, but he at this point, would legally have a Mechanic's Lien in place, for the multiple months he has stored them.
I am the one in technical legal default here....for the accumulated storage fees.
That is the only money I am trying to recoup.
I am writing off the $4K I actually have in the two cars, to $0.
Trying to get him paid, end the fees, and move on.
That was just my conjecture, he has my 308GTB (early) rear muffler screen pattern, and the materials, and once I am current on balances, I am hoping to move forward with that project.
He has let local Chatters in, to view them, but he is a fabricator so even that is an imposition on his time.
You pay the rent at this place, by rolling the money up tightly, and jamming it thru a bullet hole in the roll up door.
Tomball Texas...normally quiet, but the hole is there......
So how much to gain acces to the two Fiats and the 308?
You are a cruel man!
Brandon Motorcars has a blue Euro, it is $154K
Certainly nicer than mine, but that's what I carry on the balance sheet.
I will swap even for Sfumato's 599GTB in San Antonio, at the dealer.
I think it no longer shows someone bought it....
You are a cruel man Tex. I had one that I loved; super fun to drive. If I had even a little space I would make this move just for a project.
It was fun driving the blue one across town! I carefully wrapped up the new top today in a blanket.
Will toss the blanket into the deal...
Lots of interest but the rent is ticking over!
And I just bought some kind of Platinum 3 day super ticket with Pit Walk and McLaren VIP for F1 Austin, from a sweet girl in Cali...
So, send the truck!!!
Raise hell in the blue one while I get the title replaced for the red unit.
Or if I keep cleaning my apartment I will find it....I had it when I trailered it from Mississippi....
LSU played Ole Miss that night, had lots of company on the highway....
Thanks for all the PMs and leads...
These are still available and I really hope someone reading this just grabs the phone and gets them!
Many thanks for info on that Shop up north the specializes in rebuilding them....Wow!
To be clear:
Blue one runs and drives and you have a transferrable title.
Red one is parts car only , and comes with a bill of sale.
$1600 takes them both
Actually I have contacted the seller, to me, of the red car, he is aware and can replace that title.
The engine in it was freshly rebuilt, before being sidelined with a rusty fuel tank.
As to price, see the date of the thread, but... No, they are in a dry storage facility, with that rental cost ongoing, but yes....I think $1800 to $2K would make him happy as he is not a foreign car guy.
I HAVE the red car title, but it is "lost" in my 700 sq. ft. apartment!!
A patient sheet metal worker would easily save both cars.
Parts are very plentiful as new stock from my research.
I do have a carefully stored brand new top....black.
Both of these came with tan tops, which is more common in the final years.
Matches the tan interior.
Thank you for your reply, understood, price is rising with the price of storage for every month passing.
In your reply quoted above, you mention the red car several times, thank you for the clarification.
What about the blue car, does it run and drive ( with a leaking radiator from earlier post ) and do you have a transferrable title to the blue car?
Yes, the Blue car has a Texas title that I have located and in hand, it lived in Austin for a time, and before that up in the Dallas/Richardson area.
Yes, it drove well from the inner Houston Heights out to Tomball, Texas as I wanted to store them both together to expedite handling.
As I mentioned to someone, I could possibly move them if one wanted to pay out this storage I could then move to my brother's ranch not far away.
Thanks for your interest!!
Steve, do it.
This pair will be cute as a bug, as a "his/hers" set!
There's a company that budgets $20K for restoration of a 124 Spider.
I think about $5K into both of these together would do it, really.
Oh, one detail I did not mention, the Rear Seat Option is different between them.
So the blue car has a complete rear seat (iron support springs rusted to dust) and it's foam/covers is included.
The red car has (to me) has the much more feasible Package Shelf interior, a carpeted shelf with metal runners, to support luggage.
Last local buyer has passed....any others??
Off to the crusher........seems a shame.....
very tempting, i restored one man years ago. it was my poor mans ferrari
Wondering who the shop is that can do the restorations on these so cheaply? I have 2 of them, and I love them. I would be very tempted if yours were closer.
Good luck with them ,RF.
Well, in Houston I have a loose network, but these are at Insanity Sheet Metal, of Tomball, actually a Hot Rod shop for American Rods, but he did excellent work on my Ferrari and these were headed thru when I lost my employment in April 2018.
Mr. Fender on Jackrabbit Road takes over, for final bodywork and paint. They do so much work for me I feel like its a lawyer on retainer!!
They painted the 308GTB after Harvey.....the black Cadillac CTS last week before Austin F1....The Ducati is next (crashed at MotoGP 2016)
Trim work is easy here in Houston, South Loop Upholstery did a fine job on the white leather in the 25th TransAm.
So you just have to find the right people, and take it one step at a time.
He did push my Ferrari out quickly, when he bought a second English Wheel and a few sheer breaks! LOL!
It's a small place, one man shop.
PMs answered, lets DO THIS!!
Whomever ends up with these cars, please know I ma very interested in getting a set of the wheels pictured on both cars in the even that you want to sell them or even one. I have an 82 Fiat Spider that needs them. Great cars btw.

If they aren't crushed yet, give them a try on Mirafiori.com, as well as Fiatspider.com.
You might also call Csaba at autoricambi.us - a wonderful person who is well tapped into the Fiat world and might know of someone who wants these.
I have three Fiats (a Spider, a Coupe, and a sedan) packed into two parking slots, so I can't take these off your hands.
Yes looking at others offered on the market, both of these on Factory alloy wheels, seems rare....
Three, two, one...he wants them gone by December 8...
I have not advertised them anywhere else I was so sure someone here wanted them...
Thanks to all that have posted and PMd about it...
