This 1983 Ferrari 308 GTSI Quattrovalvole is one of 3,042 examples produced worldwide between 1982 and 1985 and shows 36k miles. Power is from a 3.0-liter 32-valve V8 paired with a dogleg five-speed manual gearbox, and the car is finished in Bianco white over red leather. The current owner acquired the car from Beverly Hills Car Club in restorable condition. Full restoration has been performed including new timing belts, interior refreshment, refinishing the wheels, stereo upgrades, and more. Additional mechanical and cosmetic work has been carried out since 2018. This 308 GTSI is offered on with service records from 20,000 miles to present, owner’s manual, complete tool kit, jack kit, a Carfax report, and a clean Arizona title. The car has been completely repainted in the original color.

The GTSI features a removable black roof panel rather than the body-colored hardtop seen on the contemporary GTB model. All four 16″ Ferrari Cromodora wheels are original and mounted with brand new TOYO tires in September 2019. Brand new spare tire is also provided. The cabin was fitted with new red leather console upholstery and seats, and the trim panels were refinished. An aftermarket stereo, radio with Bluetooth, USB port, and component speakers were also fitted. Veglia Borletti instruments include a six-digit odometer showing just over 35k miles New air conditioning system has been installed using R134a refrigerant. The mid-mounted 3.0-liter V8 features a Quattrovalvole 32-valve cylinder head and sends power to the rear wheels through a five-speed manual gearbox with a dogleg first gear. Service completed by an experienced Ferrari mechanic with invoices and bills for parts used to restore the car. Highlights of the restoration include the followings:

Dash Recovered, new fuel injectors, spark plugs, and ignition wires. New timing belts, new tensioner assemblies, brake calipers rebuilt and new brake hoses, new fuel pump, new master cylinder, new spare tire, new air filter, new battery, wireless locking doors and new hoses throughout, LED Instrument lighting, new targa top seals, rebuilt headlight, wiper, and directional stalks...Priced at $65K

I’m sorry if I missed it but when was the car repainted? And are the colors both exterior and interior original to the car? Ok I see that white is the original color.

Sorry the car was painted in 2019. New leather seats and center consle. Tried to duplicate original color but was slightly off on the seats.

This car was part of a news story concerning a collection of cars in Texas that was forgotten. The headline of the story is:

Would have been a neat trick to get a 355’s instrument cluster into that 308! ;)

Or you say nothing, like a normal person would do. You violated the rules of the forum. The OP posted an ad for sale and did not ask for comments. If you have a question about the ad you should ask.

This forum has rules, plain and simple. It is a privately run enterprise and YOU agreed to the terms of service. Start another Ferrari website if you wish, but not a great start to your tenure here IMHO…

Selling price was set at $65K, however, the engine is in repair at this time. The final price will be higher since a complete tear down is being down at this time.
