Offering a very nice, fully restored 1970 Mercedes 280SL. Auto with Air Conditioning. The car is White on Burgundy with a White hardtop.
The Mercedes Benz 280SL, 113 body or sometimes called Pagoda, is one of the best Mercedes ever to drive and admire. About this car;

These are terrific cars, I actually have a couple. Absolutely wonderful to drive, especially with the 3.27 rear end. I'm trimming a few cars back, including a 1958 Mercedes 220s Cab that may be the best on the planet. Sold my 2014 SLS Black Series on a blog here in Dec to make room for a 206 that I purchased on BaT at the same time. May sell a 79 308GTS, 97 993 Targa, who knows. I'm in the mood to buy a few things and need some space. Thanks

 

Thanks Paul. I need to shed a few cars and kind of threw this up here on a whim. I know 113 bodies very well and have had a 1/2 dozen over the years. This is a very nice car that has addressed the only minor flaws these wonderful cars had, the gearing and air. It would be very difficult to duplicate this car anywhere near what I'm asking. I've tried to provide pictures of all of the trouble areas, all are in great shape. Thanks for the suggestion on the SL113 website.

 

Hi Dave. This car had been sold, final sale was for $104,500. I had obviously priced it too low on this site, surprised no one stepped up! Anyway, no idea how to mark it sold, any advice? Thanks
