I love the LS motors, but how cool would it be to drop a Coyote motor in it, keeping it all Ford. GLWS

Thank you all. Coyote was considered but did not want OHC motor. Wanted the classic Valve covers and packaging. It is so much more than just the motor, but I do agree that a matched manufacturer could be a touch more appealing.

Personally, I love the LS motors and Big tranny. Pretty much a bullet proof daily drive power train

Awesome! My dad had a 1947 Ford truck that I wanted to do something similar with. It was really original though, and when he offered it to me, I told him to sell it to someone else. GLWS!

Very tastefully done! Love the attention to detail, such as mounting the coils on the firewall to de-clutter the valve cover/intake area. I will be dropping a similar drivetrain into my 1955 F100 eventually. I'm leaning more towards an LQ9 6.0L though!

Beautiful truck, I love the interior as well! GLWS!
