I am having this exact same problem KLN. Replacement camera is the only option, and I've had a heck of a time getting parts. Will send you a PM - if you have a car with front/rear cameras, I have the parts for you out of a wrecked Cali T. Mine is a rear camera only car, so I actually need to find different parts.
