tecnomodel had been doing a nice upgrade on the interiors, they look pretty decent now...to bad they keep messing the exterior!! Still nobody else has that, and they are probably the best at picking great ferrari models to reproduce!

Nice collection! Do you have anymore photos and info on that red F40 LM (no numbers) and silver F40 LM on the shelf behind the F40 road car in post #1?

I think, the red F40 LM you mean is one of Davis&Giovanni, which is long time ago sold out.
For me the most beautiful 1:18 F40 LM so far...........

The silver F40 LM on that picture is no F40, but a 1:18 Ford GT40 MK I of Dreampower............

That is the most accurate 1:18 F40 LM for sure. I've been waiting for the Looksmart for years, but looks to not be happening anytime soon. Are there any of those for sale that you know of privately?

The dark silver car behind the red F40 LM looks like an F40 LM here...

I've never seen them for sale again, they are very rare.

Ha, now I know what you mean, that's a BBR F40 LM.
It was damaged when I bought it, so I rebuild it in full carbon as a test-car.

My only comment is - I'd put them in chronological order - from the earliest to latest made.... looks like you would have almost the entire Ferrari road car range in miniature. I try to do that with my racing models. otherwise, you have a fantastic collection! well done!

I am so sorry for my late response Tom, I never noticed it until now!
Thank you for your kind words.
I think it is almost impossible to collect all roadcars from Ferrari, especially in scale 1:18.
And I am trying to collect only classics, so I am not interested in Ferrari's from after +/- '75, except for a few. (288GTO, F40 etc.)
But I do have some modern racers (without livery).

Last week I finished this model:

S.M.S./ Bburago Ferrari 250 GTO ch.4491 SPECIAL BODY LOW ROOF
    500km SPA 1965 P.SUTCLIFFE #33

    Image Unavailable, Please Login

Model is based on an old transkit from S.M.S. with using the chassis and interior from a Bburago Ferrari 250 GTO.
I have also used a lot of small parts from a damaged Kyosho 250 GTO, like doorhandles, backlights and racenumberlights.
There are also some parts from Tremonia (dash-instruments), Red Run (wheels and steeringwheel) and some homemade parts like the safety roll cage.
Seats are selfmade copies of seats from a BBR 250 GTO.
