had identical problem with my 512tr...Its shutting down one bank and the blue smoke is because of that..in my case it was a faulty crank sensor,...
if you mean crank sensors, there are two and they do fail and cause similar problems...

is it normal for relays to get a little warm when running...? fuel pump relays seem fairly warm after an hours run...
