The 2006 model featured several updates and improvements to the more common 2005 cars, including:
    Updated Tachometer
    Alcantara trim around door latch
    Leather center console
    Headlight projectors updated
    Full Trunk mat
    Updated Pedal box
    Throttle by wire
    Improved Shifter
    LED tail lights
    Probax seats
Updated fuel tank and evap system

The hard top had the usual headliner falling off from age, so I just had the top and its matching trim pieces reupholstered professionally in an oem-look alcantara suede.

    With the car comes:
    Soft top
    Soft top bag
    Owners Manual pouch
    Tool kit
    OEM intake snorkel
Lotus Certificate of Provenance (its been ordered, not received yet)
    Service records

    Issues of note:
While it is in excellent condition overall, it has some nicks on the wheels, typical scuff under the front clam from being so low (not visible unless looking under the car) and one spiderwebbed spot on the rear quarter.

I have experience shipping cars, so am more than happy to help facilitate shipping for the buyer. Typically I can get shipping anywhere from $0.50-$2.00 per mile, depending on whether you want open or enclosed.

Hi Edward, frankly, I bought it to eventually sell it, its a hobby/side gig of mine. I buy 1-2 cars a year that I find interesting, usually stuff thats been sitting for years that need some work or refreshing. I love doing it and its a way for me to get the experience of many different cars I've always wanted, but can't afford to own them all at once, so I keep a spot in the garage for things to come and go. In the case of this one, unlike other stuff I usually take on, it needed literally nothing to be a great car and was being actively driven and cared for by its original owner, but I don't like the idea of just quick "flipping" a car, to enjoy doing it I want to add value to it and release cars back into the market better than I receive them. So I went through and did a complete service, ceramic coated, removed old factory PPF, relined the hard top and got it a worthy photoshoot.

I also have a 2005 Elise I've had for years and it got my daughter really into cars. We do a lot of car events together in it. I considered keeping the Krypton car, as it is in every way better than my "common" Storm Titanium car, but my daughter was adamant I can't get rid of "our" car, so that one is staying.
