Sorry but Vettel was a lost cause. He was supposed to be a 4-time champ and didn’t need babysitting. Ferrari treated him well even to the point of Binotto needing to gather courage to announce that they weren’t retaining him for 2021 because the team liked him—and he liked the team and was expecting to be renewed, so would take it badly—but the team needed to move on.
What's so embarrassing about this post? You have a champion and a celebrity at a sporting event. Been done thousands of times in history. I'm serious, explain to me what's embarrassing.
Today Lance suffered while ahead of Vettel due to a problem not in his control. Dominate Lance Seb is not close to yet. He needs to be 50 points ahead or more. He is not close yet. Time will show us. So far we do not get a sense of what that situation will show us.
I think there is an expectation for those on the podium to celebrate with their team first. After which the champagne bottle is often signed and handed over to a team member, as a souvenir. I understand the photo in question shows Hamilton breaking with that tradition. by handing over the bottle to Bieber.
Agreed but I feel like this is going to help him mentally as seb seemed unmotivated &drained Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Mercedes Team radio during the final minutes of the race: Lewis: We gotta remember this is a marathon, not a sprint. -> Lewis: sprints into the runoff area. LOL "Yeah don't sweat it Lewis, don't sweat it" "We'll bounce back from this one, no sweat" Even Prince Andrew would've embarrassed by this performance.
Why aren’t we celebrating for Honda? P1,3,7 Mad Max had a great run going before the blowout MB might not run away from everyone this year Maybe some folks here will try an NSX that runs great every day
Contrast the attitude of the team when Lewis makes a mistake with Lewis' attitude when he thinks the team made a mistake. That's why he is hated, and deserves every ounce of it.
"Hated"?? I can accept him not being your favourite and I can accept you not identifying with him. But hated . . . ?
So he claims to have tripped the switch avoiding Perez—so Perez’s fault then, yes? How do they explain that his brakes were smoking on the grid though? Maybe he overdid the magic on the formation lap?
It now seems the thought is LH switched off the brake magic just before the start, but that it somehow unintentionally became reactivated right after launch as LH was aggressively steering away from Perez (who himself was trying hard to maintain position against LH’s slightly better launch).
