    Hello everybody! So I’m helping a good friend take on the evil empire that is the insurance company. His 84 308qv has hit and now he’s trying to get diminished value. It’s very sad as it was a perfect, low mile, original car. It’s still very nice, but 1/2 has been repainted. If anyone has a good appraiser, please post

    Good appraiser = knows about the cars, current market conditions, diminished value, etc. It is imperative that you get a well known appraiser/adjuster to fight the awful monopolies known as the insurance companies! May they all rot in hell!

    And what if the "Good" or "The best" is commissioned/paid by the "evil empire"?
    You know, "to fight the awful" claims by ...
    Will that make their appraisal better or worse ?

    Did you find a “good appraiser” ?
    If yes, did or will it produce expected results and would you recommend him/her for similar cases ?

    For reference, what happened with all of these diminished value claims? Were those appraisers any good? I hired a different company with good results. I am curious to know your experiences.

    Chip Davis was at my shop several times evaluating and appraising Lamborghini Miura's, he was absolutely clueless about these cars, as he was totally out of his league. I am sure he is good in common cars ( I would think and expect that, but can't say for sure) .
