Small world , I'll bid for it in a few weeks time , unless my sister (house with the tower wants it ) we have very similar taste in antiques and cars .... but not men !
The new-ish motor museum at the back of the Gold Coast has a BT7 on display - very nice! Otherwise the collection of a mish-mash of stuff, no consistent information style and obviously a lot are just ‘parked’ there by owner, but the Brabham made the entry fee worth it for me!
NO BT7 is still on the planet. The car would be BT7A IC-1-63 an inter-continental with a 2.5 litre 4 cylinder Coventry -Climax NOT a 1.5 V8 Coventry -Climax.
That’s one of the cars my Dad restored and raced..He sold it to the UK and then it came back here. It had a 2.5 liter CC engine..
I’ve got one bike in the house Pat... If I asked her to put an engine in the bedroom I recon I’d be in hospital within the hour....
if she didn't have me on ignore....she would learn far more about historic racing , then stumbling through with incorrect ...................postings .
Rob says you're wasting his time by posting stuff he knows vastly more about and you really need to unignore him!
IC -2-63 Rob... In Jacks green and gold colors. He sold it to John Harper in the UK with another Tasman BT7A that came from NZ.
