I think the colour is called ‘pewter’ - very fashionable these days I’m told! The ‘names’ thing is very embarrassing and frustrating - I got really worried about it last time I was in HK as I couldn’t remember the names of my SIL kids... then I realised I’d actually been flipping between 3 languages that day so I stopped worrying about dementia (for now). I reckon someone needs to do a study on the part of the brain that processes names, I reckon it is vulnerable to attack by alcohol, esp vino

All too hard the Repco motors ,even though there are modern heads being made in NSW ,the Brabham BT23B that is going up for auction is the better car for historic racing with its Coventry -Climax 2.5 Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yeah I agree Rob but the rarity of those Repco V8s has always had me intrigued since I was a kid....When you see them in the flesh they are truly amazing and a work of art of late 60s ...I’d love to buy my wife one for Christmas so we could put it in the bedroom....
Only one racing now in Australia is the 2.5 litre Tasman car ,that runs of out Melbourne with a 3.0 litre motor ....not sure how that works out when a COD is required and in the period they never built the Tasman style motor in 3.0 litre . .
