I did drive by the Porsche dealer on I-4 and I'm sure I'll be able to see the gold wheels at sunrise from a mile away lol (btw I do like gold wheels but it's hard to work on most cars).
Depending on the car, I can really like black wheels. I have a Carrera White Porsche Boxster Spyder with gloss black wheels that matches the black Porsche rocker panel stripe. The car came with silver wheels and I had them repainted. I'm think about doing the same to my 458 Spyder in Grigio Titanio which came with silver wheels. To each his own.........
I guess these suck Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I also have black wheels on my grey silverstone tdf, I think it works pretty well but I can understand that not everyone will like it. Sometimes it is good to move away from the greys wheels that are found almost everywhere ! Now if you want to go for carbon wheels, black is the only option so far but they are quite impressive wheels when you see them in person.
So, you start a thread that throws shade on black wheels, then show a pic of your car with G O L D wheels???!!! really? Each his own .
LOL, you said what I was thinking....the Ferrari looks great, the wheels just look like shapeless blobs. Like I said, my Ford GT still has crappy colored wheels too.
As others have said.....I think it depends on the car and color of the car. But for me, it also depends on the style of the wheel. if the wheel has many spokes, and a very full wheel, I think it’s too much black. However if it’s a simple, thin, 5 spoke wheel that shows off the colored caliper, that can look very nice
You mean something like this Image Unavailable, Please Login Although I'm not a big fan of Black wheels But the blue stripe and the floating Red caliper brings it together
