LOLOLOL. Ok so the purists have it. now I’m going to be controversial. So if the Dino is not a Ferrari - how are they bringing in prices they bring. Also let’s remember the historical aspect. Ferraris are not pure Ferrari only are they???? there are and we’re a lot of borrowed parts - so are we really going to go down the rabbit hole of purist viewpoints?? Alfredo Ferrari was an Italian automotive engineer and the first son of automaker Enzo Ferrari. He had Duchenne muscular dystrophy and died at the age of 24. After his death, Ferrari named the car fitted with the engine that Alfredo was working on at the time of his death "Dino" in his honour. So we will take exception with the father of our pride and joy??
Easy, Ferrari revisionist history. The same one that NOW [Since the early 1990's] state that Piero Lardy(i)? is now Piero Ferrari. Look at the context of it . It also coincided with the beginning of the [unfortunate] Luca Cordero di Montezemolo era; he who proclaimed the Dino a "Ferrari" and the 348 a crappy car, earning either car incorrect reputations.
