do you know what color that car is? I'm looking for a Pista as well and havn't seen that car advertised, I don't believe.

I suppose you could run the plate on one of the internet search tools

 

The seller should be able to send you a copy of the window sticker. Then subsequently run an autocheck or carfax on the vin number.

 

That wont tell him if the car is for sale. Owner could have consigned it somewhere and OP is talking to that guy and somehow is not sure if the car is available or not?

 

what makes you question whether its for sale or not?

 

You might consider moving the post to the 458/488 section or reposting there. More Pista owners browse the site and may recognize the car.

 

Do you know how many miles are on the car and are you willing to share contact info for the broker?

The license plate # is in your pic, pay the Cali DMV to get you the owners info, I think it's around $24 and can be done online
