That is so sexy from the top view. If you were just a bit close I'd offer to help with what I could. I will anyway! If you need some help when it gets to mechanical stuff going back in let me know, I'm over in the Kitsap area so not too far. Maybe some Sunday work parties!
Thanks John, I appreciate it, it’ll be fun doing all mechs, there’s no rules and everything is to be down to basic necessities
I would if I kept it in my workshop, I used to use wd40 to protect during a build but it’s a pain to strip, paint fisheye is super fun to fix when you don’t clean enough, I will probably put it in DP 90 primer before body work. Until then miles to go before I sleep, sitting in a friends shop where I hide some of my other cars Image Unavailable, Please Login

Rear shocks from sport bikes are fully adjustable and there are tons of spring rates available. As a plus, they are a dime a dozen used on ebay and the like.
I kinda like the Frankenstein look. I say just clear it when you're done. Screw body work and paint, weld 'er up and clear it.
Nothing much to report as the car is still in storage, but I did pick up a nice flying mirror yesterday from Mark a.k.a. windsock, Fits the look of the car perfectly with all the wide fenders. I’ll bolt it on this weekend Image Unavailable, Please Login
I'm really torn on this. On the one hand, it's a single mirror which shows respect to the original 308. Brilliant. Classic. And you are right, it fits the wide style of your reinterpretation. However, and I quote ............ "What's behind you is not important!"
It’s a perfect fit, seems just right looking Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Sorry, you lost me there. It disturbs the lines too much for me and looks like you’re towing a caravan.
Paid some kids to pull the car out of storage and push it down the roadway to the workshop, it’s time once again to get busy Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
I work for the MAN part time, which turned into full time last couple weeks, the nerve. It’s as if there’s world problems or something, pfft
It’s an on going thing, has some transmission issues, I have lots of spares to deal with it just no time
