I keep seeing you post this broccoflower. Just a cross between the two? Not sure I've seen that at any store near me. I'm not a huge cauliflower fan but I eat quite a bit of it riced now. Also found some frozen mashed that's not bad in a pinch.
I don't know scientifically, I guess it's across as it tastes like a cross. I really like romanesco, which is tough to find.
Gotta keep my trim figure! Lol. Actually, I need to get off my butt and learn how to make my own tortillas, so I can just make street sized tacos for a more proper filling to track ratio! T
PHX metro dining out "favorites list" continues. Chicago Hamburger place...ironically, for us its always been Chicago Hot Dog place (although they do have pretty darn good little sliders too). I literally salivated. Chicago dogs are hands-down amazing. If this place sells a Maxwell Street Polish I can't recommend it more; my favorite Chicago 'food' bar none. Man I'm starving now. Thanks a lot!
