I offered $125K over two years ago for this car (Jan 2019) and they told me to go pound sand. Granted they were asking much more at the time than they are now.

Fast forward to present day and the market is actually much stronger than it was back then and it STILL has not sold.

It has been in their showroom for well over two years so prolly needs a lot of servicing at this point.

Anybody know anything about it ?

You SURE they still physically have it? I was bait & switched twice looking for a Ford GT. They only come clean if you ask for something (an unusual picture for example) or tell them I'm booking a flight and bringing cash.

One time they were trying to switch me to an overpriced FGT they had, the other time to push crappy other types of cars they had in inventory.

No I am not sure that they still have it (obviously they did when I talked to them about it quite some time ago )
But I do see that the ad for this particular car
comes on every once in a while.
At the time I talk to them a while ago supposedly it was owned by the guy that owned the dealership.
You had a bad experience with these guys?

This firm listed below is notorious for still listing cars they sold years ago!

    https://www.topgearporsche.com/

I hope the group that is currently listing the Ferrari in Florida is not like Top Gear. that is such an annoying sales practice

No, I'm just providing a possible explanation based on what happened to me

'The New Auto Toy Store' definitely not looking its best in that picture! LOL :)

Sorry if I caused any confusion. I am not questioning the location of this auto dealer. I was merely inferring that a totally different car dealer named Top Gear often advertises cars it has sold a long time ago.

Top Gear Imports in New York has nothing to do with 'The New Auto Toy Store'.

Perhaps I should not enter this thread. Personal observations do not always serve the general good. I bought a Ferrari from TpoGear and had no bad issues. Only my opinion.

    Rich-

i’ do t think anybody here is saying anything about issues with cars that are actually bought at Top Gear.
The issue is that Top Gear continues to advertise cars that they have sold long ago.
If there are issues on those cars that they sold then that is a totally unrelated subject.

I hope you are enjoying the car that you bought!!

No, I actually spoke with the owner a couple years ago. He flat out told me that "leaving old listings on the website is intentional as it helps generate sales traffic" :(

We intentionally lie to customers in order to fraudulently increase sales.

Yup.... looks like a classy place.

I always find it amusing when a dealer's website shows lots of "sold" vehicles...to try and subliminally plant a message in your brain that you need to purchase a vehicle from them quickly or it will be gone...
