    In delray u can get a very nice home at 7bridges or any country club.
    1.4 seems overpriced for what u got imo

    Problem is everything's overpriced now because of the covid market. Not much choice for people who need to move now.

    @BT old place in PBG/Steeplechase had a 3 car and a 6 car garage IIRC.

    Yeah, we started with a 4 car, then converted that to a 3 car garage and added a 1 car workshop, then added the 6 car garage. When we sold it was a 3/6/1, but the 1 car was in the back so not really a garage. You had to drive on the grass to get there. The garage(s), some family, and my friends down there are really the only things I miss from Florida. It was a great party house.
