Maybe those all those inlets are to feed air into the trunk’s...gerbils

On the TDF, the rear window was redesigned (from the Berlinetta) to include channels down the sides that better to directed the air, providing an incremental increase in rear downforce without the need for a rear wing. It would make sense that the ducts on the rear of the 812 GTO would be seeking to achieve the same (likely greater) effect. I could imagine air being channeled through to either exit under the diffuser or the venting behind the rear wheels (the big outlet, not the gills). The air being captured by those rear trunk cover scoops has to go somewhere useful or it would just create drag

I've got one question regarding the presentation date: So we talk about 21th April for the client presentation. Are the clients then allowed to share data and pictures with us? Or will they loose their opportunity to buy the 812 VS?

Because we all talk about the 21th, but most of us are no happy guys that will get the 812 VS.

21 April for customers, 05 May for the Third Estate.

I don't believe customers might be able to share, since It would ruin the official public release. Think may 05, so you won't be disappointed. We're already april 18, it won't be too long hopefully :)

Ferrari announced in February that it will go back to Le Mans. I think that another gto after 10 years from the last one is unlikely. 812 Le Mans is my guess.

This is just my personal opinion but, as I said before, "Le Mans" or "LM" will be reserved for their next 2023 hypercar. I think "Imola" is more likely.

It happened for the Monza, then the 812 GTS and others.

There is a great chance that it will happen again, I can't wait for May 5th. ^^

At the end of the production I think will be almost 4000 coupe’ and 2200 GTS ( without counting the special/limited versions )

I think more than 5000 for the 812 SF - and I remember Mr Massini confirming production for the SF in excess of 5000

A Ferrari hypercar has never been named after a circuit. It would do the car a disservice, as it will compete in the whole FIA Championship. not just in Le Mans. We don't even know if there will be a road going version of that racer.

Trust me @crinoid ! What you saw on the mules was nothing definitive. There will be carbon squared bowls and in my opinion the grille will be slightly curved.. something similar to the Omologata one.

What you say is absolutely correct. I just think "LM" / "Le Mans" would be a better guess for the next halo model (especially if It's a "stradale" version of the WEC model..but we don't know that yet, as you pointed out). Anyway, I don't see Ferrari using that name for the 812VS.

Have to say it was curious that they exposed the front bumper so evidently, especially on the red mule and I did suspect that what they showed would either be covered up or at least simulate the shape of the openings in the final version.

Looking at @isot ’s rendering, the “bowls” he drew are angled similarly to the openings on the red mule so very good prediction, I believe.
