a PVC pipe 3" diameter with two caps on the ends.

By the way, just to be clear and avoid misunderstandings, the terms to order a painting are:

50% payment is required when the commission is accepted.
The remaining 50% is due upon completion and must be received prior to shipment.
Packing, shipping and insurance are the obligation of the buyer.
