    Although I have technically been a Ferrari owner for three weeks, today is the first time I set eyes on my 2002 360 Spider. This is it's first time to the left coast. I hope it likes it in San Diego.

    Yes, there is definitely a pleasant visceral sensation driving the Spider on a beautiful sunny day with the top down as the engine roars behind you. Unfortunately, I'm often challenged getting the top down. I purchased one of the lowest priced Spiders on the market, so I knew there was going to be issues. Worn soft-top straps, and maybe even a failing ram are some of those issues. Fortunately, there are people on Fchat who are generous with sharing their own DIY experiences.

    Yes, Grigio Titanio is one of those colors that change with lighting. It really looks blue under this strong afternoon light, but turns more grayish as light decreases. I too love those 19" Challenge wheels, and was pleased to find they aren't knock-offs. I thought that I would be faced with removing chrome on them, but found they are polished with clear coat; they look magnificent. Unfortunately, the former owner's tire choice contribute to both speedometer error and transmit every bot dot and road blemish.

    Perfect weather (rare here) so cruised around London today and dropped in on a client. Great fun, even around town, with little traffic.
