How do I send a Private Message?

Click on the user I.D. Then click on "start a conversation". That's it.

 

Not to derail the thread but how does one reply to a private message? There is no post reply all I see is the private message / start conversation .

The reply button (in fact just the word 'reply') is on the right of the message to which you want to reply in roughly the same position as the reply button in a post in a thread

I am not even given the option actually. Is there any case in which the option to start a conversation becomes unavailable?

 

Your post count is only 2, maybe you have to reach 10 or something, I thought I heard that a while ago....

PMs were on the old system. F-Chat uses "conversations" now.

Nothing prevents you from posting your inquiry on the ad. Even if you can't initiate the PM, he should still be able to PM you for private details.

By the time you've had a normal exchange on the ad, most users will have exceeded the PM qualification threshold.

Welcome friends. To start a PM, simply follow these 2 steps

#1) Click on the username of the person you want to start a Private Message with (i.e. Prive707)
#2) Click on "Start a Conversation"
