    Dear all,
I notice a strange behaviour of the pop up headlights of my Mondial T cab. If I switch the lights on it takes a couple of seconds till half a minute until the pop up lights start to open. The opening itself is fast and powerful as usual. The time interval between switching and opening is inconstant and not dependant on the batteries load. Even if the CTEK loader is connected this occurs. Any idea where to look first to find the error?

Bad contact in the switch...or your fuseboard starts having troubles.

+1 -- another (lesser) possibility is a bad "relay for headlamp motor". You can easily just try using one of the other ...101 relays in that position for a test (like maybe the ...101 relay for flasher). There are three relays associated with the headlight pods -- one for the LH headlamp motor, one for the RH headlamp motor, and the aforementioned "relay for headlamp motor" (which controls both of those other relays).

Thank you, I just ordered a couple of new relays and will report what happens.

Why are you buying parts without doing an easy test to determine if you need new parts?
