The hate certainly doesn’t die with you, does it, eh?

You’re spewing out your ethnic stereotypes and biases with impunity, while I’m pointing out a case of hypocrisy (with quotes) from an entitled, whiny millionaire with a huge case of delusions of grandeur. One guy, not a whole race.

And after your biases got you sucked into believing McLaren would be challenging Mercedes, I wonder if you can tell us how calmly you believe McLaren are reacting to being out-qualified by two Italy-based teams.

Through sacrifice and hard work Anthony provided everthing Lewis needed for his racing career. Lewis was far from "poor", he was one of the lucky few.

Getting dropped off at his school in various of the newest Mercedes' certainly amplified how poor he was.

Well, you would say that, wouldn't you?

Facts are that all the rule changes in recent years have been introduced to chip away the technical advantage Mercedes had built.

From aero definition, to the "party mode, from the qualif format to the budget cap, everything is engineered to handicap Mercedes.

Hamilton isn't paranoid because he voices his opinion, he simply echoes what any unpassionate F1 follower can see.

If that was true, the FIA chipping hasn't been very successful !

FIA tyres intervention with Schumacher / Ferrari dominance was very successful with immediate results.

FIA under Todt has been weak.

Todt has a revenge to take.
And as I said before, he is extremely vindictive.
Mercedes is just the perfect tool to accomplish this revenge( maybe with some financials rewards for him ?).

    Lets see:

2014 token cap hugely benefited Mercedes, this continued into and beyond 2017. Under the token system, when others finally caught up to Mercedes level of power, Mercedes was already at the next step. Time and time again.

2017 new regulations again benefitted Mercedes with the engine restrictions. Mercedes was by far the most reliable and most powerful, thus had more room to turn down engine for reliability reasons if needed, and of course where already the most reliable.

2019 Aero regs hurt Red Bull the most specifically, whose high rake concept relied enormously on the front wing steering the air.

Party mode ban actually benefited Mercedes, as they already proclaimed it would before it happened.

Budget cap hurts all big teams surely?

And lastly...the floor changes where requested by Pirelli.

But no, lets run with the narrative that poor old Mercedes is being victimized here.

In a straight fight Hamilton beats Verstappen, with a slower car and on old tyres. Apparently Hamilton only wins when he has the fastest car... I wonder what excuse the haters going find now!

Yes, another masterful performance from Hamilton and Mercedes at Bahrain today.

Winning against the odds and in adversity has become one of their trademarks.

Well deserved win! Not sure it’s his trademark though, not like he won in a poor car in 7 years lol

Hamilton is an all time great. It’s just a fact. He proved it again today. Max has tremendous potential though. I think Red Bull and Mercedes will fight it out this year. Perez looked awesome. Ferrari and Mclaren will be an exciting fight for #3.

I agree but he is now in his 120th race, should have more race craft by now

Hamilton and Mercedes have to sweat a bit for once in years, and people is talking about "winning in adversity". I'm crying for them, those poor unfortunate bastards, sigh.

29 laps of corner cutting. Verstappen also lost 7 or 9 seconds due to bad strategy.

Yes, some of his wins were really against adversity, or when he didn't have the faster car on that day.

Hamilton is also a master in preserving his tyres, and taking wins in the jaws of defeat when his car is damaged, etc ...

He made unbelievable comebacks through the field at times. There aren't many around who can match that!

Plus a dodgy diff for Max.

Hamilton gets the rub of the green again.

At least it's now becoming interesting at the front :)
