In the words of Ali G - Respect I believe it’s called ombré. There are other examples of it in the Ferrari circles. Always thought they were wrapped. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login I second the notion- what was the cost for that ?
Never seen a factory paint job like these by any car manufacturer. PPG who supplies Ferrari now are really into these effects but for aftermarket. Unless otherwise told i believe they are resprays

Mr. Massini, that is beautiful. Stunning Color Combination. May I ask what your thoughts are with the sound now that the car has the GPF? Mine is coming in June or July. Thank you.
The color combination is Verde British Racing 611 with Cuoio 4015 Alcantara. As for the sound, well, it's more or less gone, which is a shame, of course. But that's the new law in the EU ("no thank you" to Brussels!). Only when you start the engine, for the first minute or so before you actually start driving, there is some sound, but thereafter the sound is automatically reduced drastically. What is unnecessary too is that the gears automatically shift up to 4th or 5th etc, so you shouldn't use the automatic modus and only shift manually, to have at least a bit of fun. Marcel Massini
I agree - it's ridiculous how quickly the gearbox looks for the 5th/6th gear at anything more than walking pace. No good for engine break-in to always be labouring and why I always drive in M. I feel you always need to have full control of what these cars are doing.
I only drive mine in race mode when I'm not using manual, and I haven't noticed any 4th-6th gear hunting.
Just powder coated my black Pistachio wheels to gloss gun metal, black just didn’t pick up details and gun metal makes blue less washed out. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thank you, I sold my 488 and F12 and am waiting for my F8, was wondering if I will miss the F12. How do you like the F8 in relation to your 812?
Lowered mine on Novitec springs today. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
Even on these wheels, the ride is better than my now-sold stock 992 Turbo S. Also better than my Huracan. Handles great.
Looks good. I’ve been thinking of doing a 20/21 setup just to get more meat under the rear for street driving. Leaving the stock springs though, so I can use OEM wheels for track use.
I think 20/21 would be a great choice. I went with 21/22 because I found a new set that Strasse had made for another F8, but the car was sold before he paid for the wheels. Had I been forced to order a set, I think I would’ve went with 20/21. That said, my setup looks so good (the amount of positive comments I get is ridiculous), that I’m happy with my choice. Also saved myself 12 weeks of waiting.
W.O.W! What a precious Ruby you have there! Please elaborate! Sent from my BLA-A09 using FerrariChat.com mobile app
