Can anyone tell me the thickness of the fiberglass undertray on M series please.
I need to make a new one and the old one got left by the side of the road many years ago!

Besides, if originals were produced by a “certain” coachwork manufacturer, I wouldn’t be surprised thickness having been less than consistent between individual final products.
    ;)

They are about 1mm thick, I bought one from superformance last year and it fitted well.
I assume your Dino is RHD so should fit fine with the wider hatch at the front.

Pop Rivet washers would help if you want to spread the load around the rivet hole. Not original but mechanically better.

original M-series #01266 fiberglass undertray is 1,5mm thick....
I replaced mine with a 3mm one and kept the orinal one as a sample....
I do recommend at least 2 to 3mm, better 3 mm....
I do have a 3mm spare one, but that`s difficult to ship to you....

    original one and spare reproduction....

Mine is still on the side of the road between Muleshoe and Texico, Texas, I assume, since I could not find it. Blew off at 135 mph in 1976. Whump, whump, gone, as the interior filled full of dirt from the carpet. Scared me half to death since I thought the engine had blown.
