    Of course not. Cannot be.
    GPF is mandatory nowadays.

Somone here mentioned a 599xx style rear end. I think the rear bumper might be closer to SP30 than the Omologato. What is interesting is that I can actually see some SP30 rear bumper elements in @ingegnere 's sketches.

    Absolutely.

The people who saw it seemed to insist heavily in this thread on the fact that the rear is gonna look WILD, controversial.

I think this VS is definitely going to be really really different from the 812,maybe after full details will be disclosed, we won't even consider it as a VS but more as a supercar on its own.

For exemple, with front & rear bumper, side skirts, wheels and hood, you can make a 599 look almost exactly like a GTO (Look, not sound or perform)

It will be far from it with this VS, two completely different cars, even more if the VS has some kind of mild hybridization

Well... God, please make that freakin' march month end QUICK

Imho not so many new curves or too many new intakes makes the car classic and “ fresh “ for the future years . In my opinion the 599 GTO will grow old better than f12 tdf and 812 vs ... but this is only my point of view .

Yes 599 GTO has that wonderful deep guttural sound similar to Enzo.

All three (or four) 599GTO, F12 TDF and 812VS (and aperta) are incredibly special cars...whoever owns all three should consider themselves very lucky (the factory wont allow all four, i.e. VS coupe+aperta, but you never know, someone might buy second hand)

We might also add a 5th to this incredible list, which is the SA Aperta. It has the same engine as the 599 GTO! It’s not as « track focused » as what seen to be the 812VS Aperta, but it is still moved with a « hardcore » V12 engine as per the 599GTO, F12tdf and 812VS.

And yes, I’m already seeing from here some « arrangements » between customers and some others that buy second hand 812VS Aperta to fit their coupé - or the other way.

True! The SA Aperta was awesome... btw buying 812 VS Aperta secondhand will be a very expensive exercise... doing it the other way will be cheaper I think

The SA aperta in not considered as a VS car, despite having a GTO engine. It's not really a GTO Spider. In its philosophy it is much more close to the 550 Barchetta and the 575 Superamerica

    Fabulous car nonetheless :)

We still don’t know prices, the two VSs may be $1m and $1.25m before taxes or even more, why not? Ferrari is leaving no money on the table, we saw that with Monza pricing

The Lamborghini Huracán EVO RWD Still sounds loud and amazing even with GPF. Not sure if Lamborghini are bending rules or have found away to make their NA engines still sound great..

I continue to think that this 2018 Ferrari patent electric turbo that allows the turbine to run independently of the compressor. Big benefits here as you can speed up the turbine to increase exhaust gases (yes not slow down) to increase sound frequency, cool the turbine in an area NOT near the engine allowing the compressor to be near the engine. A powertrain that feels like a supercharged one at low RPM and a turbo based one at high rpm...but with tunable sound. Maybe those big air scoops feed a big turbine that is separated from the compressor, one sitting near the engine.

Just an idea. Visual diagram and article discussing it at this very long URL I pasted in.

I am sorry I am a bit ignorant ... is it a sort of half supercharged and turbo engine with a special engine sound? So sorry and thanks for your reply

First: I did not see the car. But the car introduction is getting closer so rumors grow up as several inside the factory saw it without any camouflage.

The mules shown and the cars with the covers have many "eye traps" and "decoys" to conceal the real shape, so the definitive car is not easy to imagine.

Exhausts are not those shown in any render.

The front lights looks to be the same as the Superfast and GTS.

The ultra aggressive shape is confirmed and the rear spoiler could be higher.

The rear lid is blind and has the holes/inserts more or less as leaked (maybe not only four...), there will be a rear camera of course. No idea if it's the same as SF90.

In the trunck there will be... nothing! I hope here rumors are wrong, after so many speculations!

Top power could be not so much as expected.

It looks the introduction will be soon, so let's wait: they are very clever to keep their secrets and maybe some leaks were only a decoy.

    ciao
