Bashing ? When the number one driver of this sport is positioning himself in a ridiculous way, why should we be forced to remain silent? He’d drive for Haas, I bet you’d find him pathetic..
I just want to point out that the perception of someone’s behaviour is often influenced by successes or failures. Many hamilton fans secretly think that he has ridiculous attitudes but do not say it because his successes justify everything.
Are people really fans of of people whom they believe hold "ridiculous attitudes?" I certainly would not be (and have not been) even I conceded they were supremely talented and or perhaps exciting to watch etc. 'Big talk' is of course particulaly off-putting when you cannot back it up...but Lewis has always been a nice blend of self-confidence and humility re: his team, and his opponents, so non-issue there. I've been a Lewis fan for 15+ years, and I've never had reason to waver.
Do you? I don't think there's too much to tell about COVID, so I doubt he'll write a whole book about it. Maybe a vignette in an autobiography - if he writes one at some point down the line - I would certainly consider buying that, although Formula 1 is inherently less interesting that it used to be - so any modern era racing story is going to have that going against it...
I will probably buy the book that will tell the story of the fantastic duel he had with Verstappen when they were teammates at Mercedes.

I have been a Ferrari fan since about 1973 I have been a lewis fan for a long while (probably around 12 years). I was a Schumacher fan, and am a Alonso fan, and I root against Vettel and Max any chance I get. There is nothing that prevents one from rooting for one team and for rooting for one or more different drivers. About the only conclusion I can come to is that I am not a Tiffosi--as this seems to be a title reserved for someone who cannot root for anything other than Ferrari. I used to be a Tiffosi, but when Ferrari stopped making manual transmissions, I had to say goodby to that monicer.
I've been interested in Ferrari since before I can remember, and I'd put my knowledge of The Scuderia up against most here, as I have said before. This is a Ferrari site...not a anti-Lewis Hamilton site.
Indeed this is a Ferrari site...it's relatively acceptable that their chief rivals get their fair share of ''hate''. Hell, even Ferrari's own are rarely safe from hate. Vettel, Kimi, Alonso, Massa, Barrichello....even Michael! Given that ''our own'' are heavily attacked it's hardly a surprise Lewis does.

Lewis Hamilton is the ultimate idiot. No other thread on Fchat has got 66 pages and 1650 posts in less than 6 months. He can collect 10 WDC, nobody cares, he is and will be the F1 racing driver you don't want to see or hear.
