Homelink is easy to program. Never mind all that remote business. Just clear the system, push the learn button on the garage door opener motor, and hit the Homelink button until the door opens. Not rocket science.

Congrats on making it a success. I can't recall in my time at Fchat such frenzied anticipation and buy-in of a non F-car. Delivery date?

Thanks, I figured I’d go out with a bang, and shoot the moon. But delivery date remains the million dollar question. My allocation is for a 2022, and I’d be grateful to see it next summer, so 2Q or 3Q.

I was informed of production delays which are expected to be released on Thursday. Was told by the dealer that even those expecting first deliveries (this April) will be delayed until June / July. Apparently it’s more of a challenge to mass produce the body panels than initially anticipated.

I have greater confidence my wait for an F8 Spider will result in success. Ferrari told me 12-18 mos. which appears to be accurate based on the little available data to date.

Yes, they’ll never have the low end torque of turbo engines, but if you were driving hard on a track you would never be in that part of the low rev power band anyway. They just won’t feel as fast stop light to stop light.

As someone who had owned a hybrid sports can i.e. BMW i8, which was a complete POS. Batteries failed twice in 3 years lost 4 months waiting for replacements. I am extremely worried that Ferrari is making a huge mistake in switching to hybrid technology. Should offer a pure gas and hybrid option. I would never buy a hybrid sports car again. And the notion of a pure electric sports car is an oxymoron. I am encourage on my new F8 which I picked up Saturday as I think it may be a good investment down the road given the limited numbers produced and the potential experience of future Ferrari buyers with the hybrids

It has always been easy to program in our Ferraris. Cali-T, Portofino, F8 and 812. Perhaps earlier models were more complicated?

If a model ever had a longer gestation than the 458/488/F8 Replacement this is it. Hope they get it right and it looks better than the SF90 (IMHO), look forward to seeing it finally show up.

What I see is 2 scopes for air engine intake AKA Pista and F8 position.

The wheels are the Pista Spider version.

Exhaust higher as SF90 due to electrics.

Bigger intercooler / electric intakes . Hope that gets blended in like the SF90 as the 430 intakes IMO looked hideous compared to the 360 intakes.

They’ve done the two raised scoops ahead of the rear spoiler before and while we had scoops there as you mentioned we never saw a raised scoop.

Wondering how recent those pics are as the trees look very green for the middle of winter. Maybe trees in Maranello stay green in winter unlike where I am.
