this is a social network of Ferrari owners & enthusiasts.
Not for me, really. I come here for various owners insight to repairs, things that go wrong and how to fix them, and tech info. And sure also for the social aspect. But to be sure there are a lot of extremely knowledgeable folks, and professionals, that contribute valuable info on our cars. When I see a thread marked as 430 I usually don't click on it since I have a 360. Now if everyone tagged their threads with the 430 or 360 in the title that would solve it.
I do have to wonder if any model specific mech or elec concerns or corrective action has been incorrectly applied to each car.... but nothing is perfect. agree w kc- model designation in header is your friend.
that's like product manufacturers that cover 5 different versions of product in same owners manual, but when working on yours you follow the wrong one.
Rob - a prof written manual is edited.... unlike the forums.... not a big deal. I just think a potential new f car owner might glance at these forums for 360 issues and wrongly see 430 only issues... or vice versa..... but no big deal... as you said you can't make everyone happy! l>>>>leaving the horse on the side of the road<<<<< don't want to have to ban myself again
