    007 S.
Body is not the original on that chassis.
    Nothing to do with Vignale.
    Wrong thread.

Would it be fair to assume this car didn’t originally come with (green) tinted rear or side glass ?
Not only do they look out-of-place, especially with clear (non-tinted) windshield, but seem to make car’s proportions and size appear somewhat ungainly.

    Correct.
And 0327 AL has been repainted at least four times.
Born Amaranto 1140 Lechler with metallic grey roof. Later brown metallic (no longer two tone). Then blue, then resale-red, then to the current color.

I come to this thread late and have greatly enjoyed looking at all the previous postings. Pity all the colour photos could not be collected for a book to accompany Marcel's account in his Vignale masterpiece. I add to this thread with a photo of 0106 E. The 212 coupe that was for many years owned by David Clarke of Graypaul fame. It was the first Ferrari I ever had a ride in . At first it refused to start so David got out, lifted the hood and took a wooden mallet to the carburettor." The float sticks " he said "and needs a little encouragement!" This was way back in the early 1980's. After his death the car was sold to the USA and sadly is now red. In my humble opinion it does not look nearly as good.

Yes unfortunately the joker with more money than sense who did that has done it to quite a few cars, incorrectly in my opinion.

FWIW 0106 E was born Azzurro Metallizzato (lightblue metallic). It is no longer with the collector who in 2011 had it repainted red. It has been sold 4 years ago.

I'm not exactly sure what car this is. It is labeled as a 166 Inter but looks more like a 340 Mexico spyder to me. Marcel will know.

This car did not race in the rio GP that day, it was just there "showing off"....

Thank you Aardy and Marcel for the supplemental info. Just one small detail, Marcel, in Portuguese we do not have the "La" article - it is only "a". In this case A Gávea, or Circuito da Gávea. A part of Rio de Janeiro, in case anyone is wondering.

Marcel & Aardy, do you know if the 072/E in São Paulo was the Campagna car rebodied later, or one of those cheeky things done in the 50's where they sent a repeated number on a car to the 3rd world to do some tax dodging etc?

    It is 0072 E, not 072/E.
Born as Spider Vignale. Then rebodied twice, first time by Carrozzeria Onofrio Campana (please note spelling) in Modena in May 1951. Second time by Vignale in 1954 (after the second owner purchased it 4 December 1953).

    Tonite in Switzerland.
0211 EL originally owned by Gianni Agnelli.
Soon to be seen in the upcoming "Gianni Agnelli 100 Years Exhibition" starting 9 March 2021 at the Galleria Ferrari in Maranello. That spectacular factory exhibit will last for six months till September 2021.
