Drove past the dealership on Saturday on El Camino Real in Redwood City. All windows have been and are being boarded up. Is this to prevent vandalism or theft associated with the election or is the dealership shutting down?

I sure hope the dealership isn't shutting down, I have a car on order!

Aren't we expecting "reaction" either way the election goes? I mean living in a age when the celebration of a college basketball championship can cause a problem, and there is a referendum on the most polarizing president in memory is climaxing tomorrow, business owners trying to protect their inventory is probably smart.

Based on approval polls, I basically expect 40% or 60% of the country to go insane either way, at least the outliers.

I'm a Canadian, so no dog in the race.

But are "Republican supporting" cities boarding up?

@BusterX, California is a pretty Blue State politically, particularly Silicon Valley.
You'd be better off asking someone in Boise or Kansas City, I have no knowledge.

Once the election is over and the money goes out of creating chaos, the streets will be quiet and everyone will just go about their business again.

I predict there will be NO post election violence to speak of. The sky isn't falling.

Just received a notice from Ferrari that ownership has changed for this dealer. Curious to know if Jason, who I really liked, will remain there and if other shakeups will affect MAG

Go Ride Bikes is a great bike shop across the street!! For both sales and service. Pleasant and very knowledgeable staff. I was getting a tire repaired down the street and walked over to FM of SV to look at the pretty cars and it was closed. All good, crossed the street and bought a new bike! (I was actually on the hunt for bike.) Nice stuff, no snootiness, just two wheeled enthusiasts who knew their products.
