This picture shows us Mr Antonio Finiguerra, the Man who drove it at Monza in 04/1968.

On another hand, I can certify that the road use homologation was done by Mr Gaetan T himself.

    At least for France.

Don't exactly know the rules in Belgium but in France, you could drive on open-roads with a garage/dealer plate and a non-homologated car. Better not having a crash though.

I've just asked further infos about the 2 plates shown.

Prova SO... definitely is an Italian Garage/Dealer plate.

    Let's wait.

I'd like to see the pictures of the 330 P4 engine in the car you say you have.

Infos that I've got about the license plates :

860.V.9 = standard car passenger registration number belonging to Fancorchamps,

Prova SO.24 : test plate from the Province of Sondrio, where the Finiguerra Family owned a car dealership.

The photo has obviously been taken before the 1000km of Monza 1968 where it burnt. It's still with open roof. But already no more yellow.

Gaetan got it burnt, had it restored and modified to his taste (engine, closed roof, starry rims, 12 exhaust exits...).

    It's X-Mas!

Here's a detail of half of the 12 exits of 0828 + the French license plate from Marseille / Aix-en-Provence (13)

The serial letters denote the 1st quarter of 1970.

So, I guess the car was finished before the 4th quarter of 1969.

He who alleges must prove, yet you provide no proof 0828 had a P4 engine.

In Belgium, the license numbers belong to their Owner, not to the cars.

You can have several different, but you can use too the same number on different cars.

Why did they change it, no idea.

Does 0828 have its "original" (as in, the 365 p2/3) body or did it disappeared through the sands of time?

If you go thru the thread you will find out that the body is long gone as 0828 burnt to the ground in Imola late 1981.

Gaetano Tortora acquired 0828 from Mr Frigerio in Padermo d'Adda, Italy. Not from the factory.

Thank you Mr. Massini. I wrongly thought that the car got a new P3 body in 1967.
