    These just arrived from Vivid Racing today. Great service from them. I noticed a little smoke leaking from the right header during my fall header smoke test. Time to make it right.

    Beautiful. Can you take some close-up pics of the heat shielding? Is it Iconel, and presumably there's an insulation layer beneath the metal skin?

    Yep, that's why I smoked them every spring and fall. Seems it's always right side that goes.

    While I'm an "if it ain't broke, don't fix it" guy I'm also an "If it's broke, fix it once, fix it right" guy.

    Congrats! I have Tubi manifolds and a Capristo3 going on mine in the coming weeks. Can’t wait to hear it.

    Well, talking about my limited RPM excursions, the other day I was watch the F1 pre-show and Alonzo was out driving his old 2005 R25 Renault V10, 19,000 RPM and I though though about the F355 claimed F1 sound. No, the 355 does not sound like this, even at 8700 RPM. (You will have to watch it on Youtube.) Now that's the F1 sound! Makes our cars sound like Hondas. :D

    The shielding is aluminum. Only their pricier Inconel version comes with Inconel shields.
