Now you’re changing the subject because? still waiting for you to post sales of f1 to manual conversion cars proving they are worth more.
Wow you can’t even substantiate an argument using your own data? Seriously? That car was bid to 91… You yourself posted that the no sales are more indicative than the sales in this instance… Why do you continuously argue with yourself!??
I am thinking that in time it will be easier to understand the conversion value. At the moment the product is new and there are few cars to consider. I hope the numbers look good since I would like to perform the conversion myself and post up a DIY thread.
I think TTForce’s argument is clear. There’s no way anyone is paying $90k+ for an F1 F430 with 36k miles, a tired interior, a broken front lip, and who knows what other surprises, from an owner who didn’t seem to care about the condition of the car other than the fun he had driving it in gated form. Considering the car does have a few OE interior carbon bits, upgraded headers and exhaust, carbon ceramics, daytona seats (although beat up), resale red... I probably wouldn’t bring it down to $65k. Probably $70-75k range. But I also don’t think many would give the car a second look if it didn’t have the manual conversion.
precisely. so the only rebuttal is one will say the 91k was a fake bid. so we will just say every car on BAT that doesnt meet reserve ended with a fake bid. thats very sensical. A recently converted clean coupe is hitting BAT soon...lets see if it says for its f1 equivalent value.
If that car didn’t have upgraded headers/exhaust, interior carbon, carbon brakes, I’d say it’s a $60k car ... and I still wouldn’t buy it.
Just spoke to dave from stickyrx. Fixing stickies on 430 is 5k. Just saw justin from euro interiors last week. 2 430 seats redone properly is 6k. 1700k for paint for front number.
Is English a second language? I said i was putting you on ignore. Never said anything about you needing to be banned.
I’ve put 300 miles on my new f430 that Art converted. Not even reading the "value" posts as I don't care - I wouldn’t sell this car. After owning 20+ Ferrari's including a CS, 512tr’s, 458’s this is my favorite car by far I’ve ever owned. The balance of performance, newness knocking on the door of vintage, and drivability- the car is perfect for me. I’m a customer and I tell you I’m ecstatic.
A 2009 2k mile one owner mint documented coupe is a 120k car in f1. In factory stick its a low 200s car. Maybe that will help those who struggle to comprehend my view of the market. Therefore, a crappy 45k mile car shld be around 50 percent of the top shelf cream puff. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Also I’ve been involved in 5 significant projects this year: homes, business, and this conversion. Every Single One was interrupted and significantly delayed due to Covid. Everyone had huge supply chain issues, everyone had people / employee issues. EAG did a great job for me.
I never said that at all. It’s telling it was bid to $91k and never sold. It backs up my story not yours. You still aren’t posting any data to back up your story.
BAT is not the collector of the money or the arbitrator of the transaction. The finalization of the auction is left to the buyer and seller. You have no idea if money ever changes hands or not. A BAT auction that doesn’t meet reserve is more indicative of the market than one that shows as “sold”.
Of course you are. You’ve avoided everything I’ve asked. Putting me on ignore is the logical next step.
430 converted manual have been getting more than regular f1 car that’s a fact though Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
