Just noticed in the engine control diagrams (Fig. 11, F1 and non-F1)) that I have pin 11 on the 14-pin plug near the Motronics ECU (pink/black "SN" wire) listed as "function unknown". That's the "low fuel in tank" signal on some cars. This inhibits certain engine fault messages when the fuel is low. i.e. if your engine is coughing and spluttering, it's more likely to be a fuel supply problem rather than a faulty engine.

Guys forget to let you know what was the issue. It turned out that there was issue with hazard swith inside. After exchange for the new one everything working as it should.

Great thank you. Are the files relevant for the wiring inside the cabin? Window motors, switches, instruments etc?

 

There are a lot of variations depending on the country, LHD/RHD, year, etc. I certainly don't have wiring diagrams for every car. On my RHD Australian spider, I noticed some minor wire colour changes, pin rearranging on connectors, etc, but generally it can be figured out. There is a lot of commonality in most systems, so I generally just add notes to my diagrams if there are known differences, rather than drawing completely new diagrams.

I think any problems diagnosed using my diagrams would have to be discussed beforehand on the public forum so that we can cover all the variations. e.g. I don't know if your car has a Teves or a Bosch braking system. I don't know if you have a 3rd thermocouple ECU for your exhaust bypass valve. UK regulations require exterior lighting changes which I'm not 100% familiar with. Public discussions generally lead to helpful new discoveries.

Regarding doors and windows, all my diagrams are LHD. On the F355 RHD cars and LHD cars, I believe the same wiring harnesses were used, but they were routed to opposite doors. So "driver's door" still means "driver's door". e.g. The HVAC outside air temperature sensor is always on the underside of the driver's mirror on a LHD or RHD car.

In a lot of cases, the wiring stretches over multiple diagrams, so if you have a problem, I can guide you to all the diagrams required for diagnosis.
