We plan to come. Trouble is, the 308 has a slight fuel leak and the 360 is awaiting a battery! Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
We are in that group, too. Plan to do visitation, and see about the service. Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Thank you all for your kind words, and to those who attended today. I don’t think we could of asked for better weather. Y’alls presence means a lot to myself and my brother and sister. I sent them a link to this thread several days ago, so that they could see it for themselves. It’s just amazing to see how many lives dads work has touched. Please know that your thoughts, prayers and condolences are helping us thru this difficult time. God bless you all. Josh Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro
Hello to all, I only just met Terry less than a year ago. He seemed very knowledgeable confident and honest. And after just getting a major service with him, and reading this thread, I know he in fact was all of those and more. Such a tremendous loss to his family and area car enthusiasts. My condolences to Josh and family and to Bob his friend and associate. Glad there was a good F-car turnout and weather cooperated.
Wow...... There are no words when something like this happens. I called Terry about a week before the accident just to thank him for all the magic he has performed on my cars throughout the years and that he is irreplaceable. I will miss him as a mechanical genius as well as a tremendous guy. When any check engine light appears, you would know that Terry would make it better. Does anyone know where to go now ?
If you find someone, please let me know! Terry’s genius will be missed! Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Today I found out about Terry's death. Words cannot express the sadness that I feel. Terry was an awesome guy and the only one I trusted to take my 1995 348 Ferrari to for service. I would come from Central Virginia for all service needs. He could even troubleshoot an issue over the phone with my describing what was goin on. Hew had so much knowledge and expertise. I don't think I will find another mechanic that I trust as much as Terry. He was a joy to talk to and had such a sense of humor. He will be greatly missed. Condolences to his family.
For those of you who are FCA members, please be certain to read Jim Meek's tribute to Terry in the latest issue of Prancing Horse. A beautiful piece. Thanks Jim. I really miss you, Terry.
Ricambi, I came to the news of Terry's passing very late. It's a shame to hear. Terry was a very kind man. Wish I had heard earlier and been able to pay my respects. Like your son, I've got an Alfa Spider, and Terry would fix it when it needed repair. I almost felt as if he would work on it out of pity for me. He would always try to talk me out of spending money on it and never charged me as much as he could have.
Well... ****. How did I miss this? It was like a month ago I wondered why I'd not heard from him in a while. Like most of you Terry supported me in various trips to the big sand box. Such a great man.
