YES and it feels like 2 years!!! I’ve never been so excited to get a car in my life. I started my Ferrari journey just 4 years ago when I bought a budget F355 spider which I absolutely loved but cost me a fortune in repairs. Never planned on buying a 458 spider but hanging out on this forum gave me the bug and cruising auto trader proved fatal. I ended up buying my 458 spider 3 years ago. Absolutely loved that car but again made the mistake of driving the F8 never intending to buy one but immediately placed my order after the test drive. LOL. If you told me four years ago when this whole journey started that I would order a brand new Ferrari nuilt to my specs in 2020 I would never have believed it. I feel very blessed to be in this position and I can’t wait to share it with my Cars and Coffee friends this Saturday.
Sorry to hear. I have heard that about the 355. I love that car but they say that it is a DIYer car, otherwise you will be owned by the shop. I find it curious that you had the same experience I did. I never thought I would own a Ferrari, let alone order a brand new one. I have always liked them but never felt the itch to own one. It wasn't until I went to see one, test drove it and that very same day, I placed my allocation deposit. I am praying that you get your toy and enjoy it as much as possible.
Hahaaa, likewise, I went for a 488 test drive last year and loved it, having never driven an F-car before then. Couldn't find the exact right car, so ended up with an F8 build. Factory launch of 2020 F1 car, met the drivers and Scuderia team, drove the F8 around Fiorano, Atelier ........who would have thought ......only one more sleep buddyg
Well here I am one more night before I get my car I ordered 11 months ago. Not sure I will get any sleep tonight! So stoked but of course it won’t be ready until 3pm so the waiting tomorrow will be brutal.

I admire you guys that order a car and wait for a year to get it. I mean that, not being sarcastic at all. I'd lose interest, change my mind, move on to other things....I just do not have the patience to wait that long. Then the guys that order these at or above MSRP and put 500 miles on them in a year and trade them in and lose so much $....I'd be sick to my stomach. I'm glad a lot of you are spec'ing out these F8's really nice....I'll scoop one up in a couple years ;-)
