Its a 150 millisecond gear shift... It not painful. It shifts fast enough that it is not detrimental.
That's one of the cleanest CSs out there not even mentioning its low miles and color combo, both of which are highly desirable. What hypercars are you looking at if you don't mind me asking? I hope you don't regret selling the CS...will be very hard to find another like it if you want one again...
It is one of the finest examples I’ve seen that’s why I bought it. It didn’t sell at the auction so I may keep it. But I’m running out of room because I recently acquired some bucket list cars (400 mile 2011 GT3RS 4.0, a 2000 mile alpina Z8, a 7000 mile 993 turbo), and have F8 spider and 812 GTS on the boat. I’ve decided to sell the “less” collectibles (CS and 16M) and just keep the v12s. In terms of hypercars, looking to get a low mile 918 spyder and the next hyper cars from F and P.

Thank you. I think I will try one. Let me Know if anyone has something interesting available which isn’t listed on the usual sites. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Can you share the details as far as the paint on the Cats Exotics car? The description mentions nothing of any paintwork. Any detail would be appreciated (I.e., full body, certain panels, etc.). Thanks!
If you don’t have hard evidence you can produce proving a car has been wrecked or had paint work... don’t write that it has. That’s the basis for defamation lawsuits. A seller could argue that this thread is considered the source for CS market values and your Libelous post permanently damaged the value of his car.
thanks mike - that was it. i have max number of posts per page so i only see 109 pages...what post numbers were those? this thread is massive

so was the cat's car painted or not? doest anyone know? it says the previous owner spent $40k on it - hard to spend that on a CS without ether motor or paint work, no?
This is what the previous owner said about the $40k in January 2019: https://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/threads/2004-challenge-stradale-argento-nurburgring.591956/#post-146388513 "When I purchased this car, it was already in excellent condition considering having "higher" miles. However, I’ve spent over $40k to bring this CS as close to “like new” condition as possible without cutting any corners. For example, many CS owners know that the lexan engine cover is prone to scratching and occasional discoloration. To the tune of $15k, I replaced this lexan (as well as all surrounding carbon fiber) with factory parts. It looks phenomenal and as if it just left the factory. I have all service records for work I’ve had done to the car, as well as extensive records throughout the life of the CS. Annual services have always been completed on time, and always by a Ferrari Dealer or reputable alternative. Many potential repairs that could be expected for a car with this mileage have already been taken care of, including: F1 Actuator Cats Motor & transmission mounts Ball joints/bushings/axle boots ALL fluids (gearbox, F1, etc) ...and more"
Well in case anyone was waiting with bated breath, it appears the Cats Exotic CS has sold. I was getting ready to reach out to them and saw the car had been updated to "sold" on their website: http://www.catsexotics.com/vehicle-details/2004-ferrari-360-challenge-stradale-lynnwood-wa-id-38374251

I am surprised this car never sold at foreign cars Italia. Looks like a fair price for the color combo and miles on the odometer. Wonder what it was ultimately sell for? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
