    Something is strange about this.
Here's how the ad describes it:
"The GruppeM Ferrari F430 carbon fiber ram air intake system was designed with K&N to dramatically improve airflow across the entire rpm range while also reducing induction temperatures. Every intake system comes with a proprietary filter element made exclusively for GruppeM by K&N. The result is a tremendous improvement in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband of the engine by utilizing the "ram air effect" which forces a greater volume of air into the engine and increases the density of the intake charge. Each intake application is custom engineered for your vehicle using the highest quality carbon fiber weave and is designed to fit perfectly with minimal installation difficulty. The result is a carbon fiber ram air intake system that looks as good as it performs."
This leaves much to the unknown.
"proprietary filter element " - means that you must purchase filter elements from them. Probably has an outrageous COST.
"The result is a tremendous improvement in horsepower and torque throughout the entire powerband of the engine" - Okay where is the Dyno sheet showing the Before and AFTER?

Spider and coupe have identical intake systems with the exception of the colour of the OEM airboxes. There is no reason it should not fit

I'd say no: the 16M has a modified engine bay lid to clear the Scuderia airboxes, and they sit what looks to be 1" lower than the GruppeM.

The engine cover angle is different and if you look at the GruppeM intake boxes, they sit higher than stock.

those boxes have always looked funky to me - do the HP gains justify the price?

I think these look really cool, but I can't help but question their gains.

My very strong suspicion (just gut feeling here) is that there are in fact gains, but they come from the included heat shield rather than improved airflow characteristics. Imho.

Carbon airboxes normally sound better but, yes, there's little in the way of optimisation to be had upstream of the MAFs.

I would be interested in one for a 430 if anyone has a brand new one for sale.

The best version as far as performance goes is actually the Novitec version, which might be discontinued. The main reason is because it has a velocity tube right behind filters to speed up air flow, particularly at higher RPMs.

    https://dirtyoldcars.com/novitec/

If I recall correctly, someone did a back to back dyno on a 2.7 F355 with stock intake vs GruppeM and found 10-20 hp bump in low to mid range but lost about 10-15 hp on the high range. He decided to put a velocity tube behind the filter and found gains top to bottom.
