Alex Smith played for WFT today. I say that because it proves you can come back from gruesome injuries. Plus Dak is a lot younger than Smith.

    Good luck to Dak.

The Prescott injury was brutal, I'm a little surprised they even showed replays of it on TV. I thought I was gonna have a bad night due to ending things with the girl I'd been seeing, but....that's barely even on my mind anymore.

Russell Wilson pulled another rabbit out of his hat.

And Atlanta wasted no time in kicking Quinn and his G.M. out the door!

Is there any close contender for MVP other than Wilson thus far?

Vikings gave that to him. If they would have just kicked the ball, the best Seattle could have done was tied and gone to overtime.

The combination of a bad coach and a bad quarterback = losing

Cousins is a very nice guy and l like him but he can’t carry Wilson’s jockstrap IMVHO

    Help me understand something.

    Atlanta is 0-5

Atlanta has no defense to speak of.

They fire the Head Coach and GM.

They move the... Defensive Coordinator into the Head Coaching position....

    ????????????????????????

Yes, but only a very few people can carry said jockstrap.

Matt Ryan is good, too, but when you have no defense to speak of, it's pretty
obvious what you have to do (throw).
Seattle has no defense either, the difference is they have a mobile QB that can
make plays out of nothing when on the run.

I agree, BUT, I can also see the logic: making them drive 94 yards IN THE RAIN, most teams
could not do that. BUT (again), most teams don't have a Russell Wilson at QB, I can only think
of a handful of teams that can go 94 yards in the rain and Seattle is not one of them - UNLESS
they have a Wilson, Rodgers, Mahommes, Ben, type of QB.

In one of my FF leagues a guy proposed a trade to me, Wilson for Josh Allen Buffalo QB. I jumped on it and took Wilson.

Or, the referees actually called holding on KC's offensive line, unlike in the SuperBowl vs San Fran

He also coached them to the worst collapse in NFL history in said Superbowl. He should have been fired on the spot at that Superbowl's conclusion. When Kyle Shanahan called a pass play, it's on Quinn as head coach to veto that call and tell Shanahan "call 3 running plays and let's take the FG". That would have ended the game, and the Falcons would have been SuperBowl champions. It isn't rocket science. Its logic, and a guaranteed formula to clinch the Superbowl.

I'm not sure about that, I think he can come back from that injury and play. I would definitely change his style of play, meaning not to have him run unless absolutely necessary.

Hindsight is 20/20, but I can't think of anyone else who has been snubbed for a contract that deserved one. If it was Romo, they would have taken care of him. Cutler got his. Cousins did also. Why did Dak not? He deserves whatever the market is paying, just like everyone else gets. I'd take him over Wentz (Wentz is too injury prone for my liking), but he got paid too.
