How about this? Buy Tubi headers. Put them on the F430. Put the Capristo headers on the Scud?

I see. I guess experiment with those two F430 first and see which you like... if you can tell the difference that is. Most of us don't have 2 F430s to experiment on .
You'd definitely be the first if you want to take one for the team. Visually, they don't look much different from Fabspeed 4-1 headers and the like. Not to mention the price . It's also 304 stainless steel. At least Tubi offers 304 SS or Inconel and comes with shields at lower prices. Also boils down to if you want 4-1 headers or 4-2-1 headers. If you want 4-1 headers, the Powercraft 4-1 headers on Freshmeat's car might be the best ones. They are designed a bit different from the rest. Capristo headers + blankets worked out well for me, but if I had to do it all over again, I'd probably buy Tubi inconel headers, just for the inconel. The price range is roughly the same. Tubi headers weren't available at the time I made the decision. I think the Tubis look better too.
Congratulations ...welcome to the scud world you will like it .... not sure about the headers but 4-2-1 will sound different then 4-1.. .. I think the Capristo is 4-2-1.. not sure what the TUBIs are but the shield built in is nice.. now inconel that sounds like maybe a good choice... re mufflers I would keep something with a valve cause loud is loud .... and with a push of a button you get it both ways.. for what its worth ... I am anxious to hear the driving thoughts when you get it....
Tubi and Capristo headers are the only 4-2-1 headers on the market outside of OEM for 360/430. Everything else is slightly different variations of 4-1.
Hmmm...I’m super happy you got another great looking Ferrari, but there’s part of me as an avid scud enthusiast that feels empathetic for you, in the sense that you’re missing a huge chunk of the allure of a Scud, which is that dynamite SuperFast gearbox...it’s so unique.
Wow , gorgeous beast , with a stick that's got to be fun . Always loved the 430's lines, love the challenge grill & dual rear lights , best rear end imo. I've thought often about a nero scud , now you got me itching to play around w searches Congrats!
Can I ask if the entire conversion for a Scud is completed? I understand that at least a while back, there were still some issues with various error lights and software problems that needed to be ironed out.

One thing I didn't like was the steering surround where Art just had the holes covered (where the paddles were). Hopefully, you can still order the stick version of the steering surround from the F430.
