Hi, can anyone advice me on how to get at the damper switch on a mondial t? Here is a photo of the switch plate which I do not want to damage. I wish to check the switch is working. Many thanks

I don’t know- I have a 3.2 and no upper console like this- but you may have better luck posting this in the Mondial section.

No specific experience with this plate, but in similar situations on other vehicles I have had success by reaching behind the console and carefully pushing the unit out. Be on the lookout for any tabs etc. that may need to be massaged as the unit begins to move out of its receptacle.
