The 333sp is racecar, F50GT a streetcar converted to a GT race car wich most people like better. I think the best sounding 333SP was the Judd engined car.

There was a surgeon (I think) from Chicago that had A 333sp and an F40 too. If I remember correctly, his SP was a 2 seater. He’d bring his own crew from Continental to the Ferrari events. Super nice guy. I wonder if he still has his cars. I think his first name was David. Damn that 333 was a sight to behold.

FWIW he purchased his F40 @ new and has @ 50,000 miles on the clock, I believe he also still has the 333SP as well, these images of both cars from 15 years ago.

Yes that's right...#33! I have pictures of it somewhere. Now I am going to have to dig them up and post them. I had the opportunity to be on the track with my Ferrari at the same time as him. It was a blistering of the senses....a dream come true. Later that day, my wife and I had dinner with Dan and his wife. He LOVED his cars which made it all the better. Very humble guy.

Joe, any idea what a personal 333sp is worth these days?

Towards the end of 1993 I was in Vincenza purchasing an F3 chassis and parts to bring back to Australia from a team 'PreMa Power Team'.
As a guest of my good friend Angelo Rossini the team principle of what was the unofficial Dallara factory F3 test team, we went to have lunch with Mr Paola Dallara followed by discussions of my plans to win the F2 series in Australia with my recent purchase.
From his office overlooking the factory I saw an area 'walled off' within the factory from prying eyes and asked about what looked to be a sports car...something of a departure from F3 chassis's.
As I was flying out that night back to Australia Mr Dallara said, "Well, it will be 24 hours before you could tell anyone so I'll show you"
It was a magnificent open top Dallara badged sports car with a V12 Ferrari engine...incredible to see ! and a very interesting collaboration.
He said... "I can't tell you anything but you'll be reading about it by the time you land as we release it tomorrow"
    The rest....is now history.
    Shane Flynn, Australia.

Id say $2.5m to $3.5m for a clean chassis. More for one with great racing history.

My favorite 333SP colors were the Olive Garden(although Olive Garden is about as Italian as Taco Bell is Mexican:)) and the "Racing for Belgium" Lemans 1997 factory/Scandia aero bodywork car.

Sebring 1999 Doyle Risi team. Out gunned by the big German factory teams. I remember the mechanic was on the phone trying to decide if they should change the motor on the #11 car. They finally did change it in under 2 hours. The 333SP needed factory engine help, and it got it from Judd a year after this. :)

I really think Ferrarichat needs a Ferrari racing only area, after all that's why Ferrari even exists. Now we stick it with the vintage or new street cars.
