With that its more the MC12's wheels, although the colors are also nice. The presentation cars wheels don't set the car off as much.
Marc, stop this "mein Herr"-Nonsens! I am NOT your "Herr"....This is an english speaking forum, so tay with that. Thanks.
Yes, Marc - picky, like always.... Neveretheless, I truly believe that my English is better than your German....
value depreciation will be massive, Ghibli can lose more than 50% in first three years so MC20 will be great on second hand market
Would've been quite a bit heavier as well (think Honda NSX.) A small normally aspirated V6 combined with a hybrid engine would make it too dependant on the electric engine for decent power (think BMW i8). Personally I think this is a good choice.
Well, I would chose the white with black roof. But I would like a silver-blue like the old "Blue Vincenne" they had with the Vignale-Spyder... I think also green would be nice. Its all about personal taste. All color they offer are too flashy for me and the grey is a bit too dark. Strange that they even offer a silver...
According to Maserati more colors will follow soon. Although I'm normally not a fan of white cars, I must say I quite like it in the pearlescent white combined with the carbon pack and carbon roof. Add a front grill surround and stripe down the middle of the car in dark blue (same blue as the brake calipers) (as Bird Cage) on everything white and IMO it'll look pretty stunning and historically correct. Wow you're absolutely right! I loved the concept, hated the reveal car...but this is nice again. I wish it had the round taillights though...
38 k€ for the exterior carbone pack, 12 k€ for the ceramics brakes... It s totaly crazy, just a nosense.
Base price in the US is $210k. That’s the same base price as a 992 Turbo S. I haven’t yet driven the MC but for me it’s a lot more exciting at that price than the Porsche. IMO it’s a lot of car for $210k and other than that $35k exterior carbon package, I think most of the options are reasonably priced. I also think it’s smart to have that big ticket as an option as opposed to adding $25k to the base and making it standard. I’m impressed with the design and if a buyer can be disciplined on the options, I think the car can be a value. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
My wife took one look at the MC20 and told me to order one for her. I'm not one to argue, but I will wait until it is available in better colors. Can anyone tell me the the closest Maserati color to Ferrari TDF blue? Is it blu passione?
Woah! This will be a very important car https://www.topgear.com/car-news/electric/maseratis-electric-mc20-will-be-tri-motor-700bhp-supercar
Rumor has it Ferrari maybe debuting a new car on September 16. Revised Portofino? The SUV? Or maybe the new “Dino” mid engine V6? Wouldn’t surprise me in the least if Ferrari did this to step all over the MC20.
With all those V6 engine blocks being sent to Ferrari for testing it would not surprise me. And they were not for any Maserati production limo's.
Ok, I love the car. Do agree that the current range colors are not that exciting but I'm sure customer out of range is an option. Wonder what depreciation will be? Is it a limited model? If not, it will drop like a stone but probably better than the GT fares. It may be a hell of a buy at 18 months old.
