A rare pit-wall error by Mercedes ends up producing the race of the year.

Also a mighty crash by Chuck. So in a strange way, Ferrari helped decide the outcome of the race!

Indeed, also very interesting to see the diff. between Alpha and RB. Albon finshed 15th.

Maybe RB are bit too conservative with the engine mapping.

    Very very strong mentally.
The exact opposite with Bottas and Vettel.

    Fantastic race!

Can't decide whether this race is the best so far as the opening GP in Zeltweg was pretty good too.

Congrats to Gasly, Sainz and Lance! All drove amazingly well. Was a joy to see these on the podium.

And glad to see that Racing Point passed Renault in the WCC.

Ferrari just shut the F1 team down, donkey slow, unreliable, rubbish strategy. The leadership is to blame for a pathetic culture.

The BEST race of the year!! I would love Carlos win but Gasly really deserves the victory!! My hope on F1 was restored today...I really enjoy the race and worry for Charles and his accident... and the sensible moment with both Williams driver telling by to Claire by radio.
    The best of the year....

Obviously Max had an engine problem of some sort. Yet a Honda engine from the "slower" team won the race.

Horner said that Gasly would not be back on the proper Red Bull team. I'm not so sure about that now when you compare his results to Albon's.

Gasly just needs to walk up to Horner, look him in the eye, take his mask off, say nothing, smile, and walk away whistling :)

I think Gasly might want to remain in AlphaTauri. More switching isn't going to do anything but put unnecessary pressure on him since it's clear Max is the favorite & he's likely more than accustomed to his Alpha now. Let Red Bull stew in their decisions.
