I just spoke to him the other day, he's now in his 80s, and no, this F40 will not be sold in his lifetime.

    Another sales story:

When I sold World Heavyweight Boxing Champion George Foreman's immaculate F40 88251 after almost 20 years of ownership by him, the car arrived with no books or tools.

When I reached out, he said not to worry, I'll get them.

    A few weeks passed, nothing.

Then a package arrived with all the original books and tools, in the books was a personal signed dedication to my client, a fellow Texan who had always admired George's positive outlook.

Above & beyond, a gentleman, this is why I keep doing what I do.

Here's 91407's odometer the day we sold it to our VIP client, what's the lowest mileage USA F40 odometer you've taken an image of?

I believe there is an electronic rebalance in the instrument, when it is live it calibrates to zero, there is also very light spring in there that allows for a smooth rise and fall of the needle

One of the nicest F40s I've encountered is the ex-Paul Allen F40 85596 which we owned for a few years then sold into a major collection in the USA.

DK Engineering sells lots of F40s and on EVERY single description for their F40s they call out 600 odd F40s that went to the USA. Thats a new thing.

Im confused I thought the 213 USA cars was an absolute?

Seems like they cite that information with confidence.

Euro F40s can now be legally imported as they are 25 years or olders. So many US buyers are bringing in Euro F40s over as they are lighter and sound better and look better. Plus if you want to actually drive the F40, there are many more to choose from with 20k miles and more.

They are right about many things but incorrect about thins, probably because USA F40s are not their specialty, its 211 Tipo USA road cars, I have a feeling someone in their PR office simply keeps parroting the erroneous information they somehow have in their system.

We have sold a number of Eu/ROW F40s here over the past few years, including the beautiful sliding windows example to rmolke 85, and the stunning Stefano Casiraghi sliding-windows car. Meanwhile, the Eu/ROW F40s look different, are lighter, but sound the exact same if they have the same exhaust type (standard or sport).
