Congratulations! Well done! I know you are going to love it, just remember to get it aligned :)
No, I didn't remove or valve bypass the cats so it doesn't throw any codes. 100% legal and actually the most conservative exhaust mod approach. If I had it to do over again I might valve the cats but the car sounds pretty great even with this conservative approach.
Great catch! Lowered roughly .5 inches on stock springs. I replaced the OEM wheels with HRE monoblocs and instead of the 20" OEM rear wheels I went with 21". This allows a 355 rear wheel (basically 14" wide) vs. the 305. Fills out the wheel well better IMO and adds a stockier, wider rear look.
I had an 812 that I traded in for a Pista Spider, before that I had an 488 that I tracked many times. No need to worry abt lack of scream on the Pista at all (except for your V12 scream at 9k), and while the ride may not be as smooth as your F12 it's definitely less harsh than your GT3RS (I also had a GT2RS that I let go 'cause of the harsh drive, I found it hard to control and because Porsche let U.S. dealers inflate the price and then they sunk). I miss my 812 terribly - the V12 growl while light on the track was simply fantastic, but I couldn't keep both cars. Will be tracking the Pista at COTA by the end of September, will post an update then!
Exactly. The Ferrari dealer who traded it can't have been all that insulted. I suspect perry01010 has left himself swinging in the breeze on this one.
Don’t see too many around for sale.....last year FL Ferrari had a silver one. This one just came up for sale recently over MSRP at 649 U.S thousand. 1,500 Miles. s Image Unavailable, Please Login
